Online Peer Exchange, 25 January 2023: The Cost of Living Crisis and its ongoing impact on decision making

Our first P2P Exchange of the year provided members with an opportunity to share their plans and thoughts for the year ahead and to gather insight on what other organisations are doing/have done regarding salary reviews, one off payments and other measures in support of employees. We also considered the ongoing role of incentives and the validity of LTIPs and other incentive arrangements given the business climate and efficacy of these instruments as a reward for contribution to business performance, and as a tool for retention.
