PARC run great events that combine the opportunity to network with the latest insight and research. Every event is an opportunity to learn and exchange ideas.
Natasha Rice, Group Reward Director, Tesco
As a non-specialist in the Reward discipline, PARC continues to be an invaluable resource for stimulation around current trends and best practice, as well as expert analysis of the broader geopolitical and economic context for many of these. Topics are always highly relevant and current, guest speakers are knowledgeable and informed, and the opportunities to learn from others through lively debate and Q&A never disappoint.
Alistair Proctor, Chief Human Resources Officer, IPG Mediabrands
We have been members of PARC for a long time. Over lockdown the variety and format of events has been really helpful, ranging from thought-leadership on a broad selection of topics to practice sharing/networking sessions for members. The opportunity to make connections with peers and share insights is excellent and I can’t wait to be able to do so face-to-face again in future. I particularly appreciate the fact that PARC sessions are not just on performance and reward but on the economic and political environment affecting businesses.
