The Reform of Executive Reward
The recent PARC meeting focused on the following problem areas within executive reward:
- the quantum of overall pay
- the design of reward plans
- the governance framework within which it operates.
Featuring Kirsty Wark, Amra Balic, Alex Edmans and Tom Gosling, the discussion focused on each of the areas and considered the solutions that might be implemented in any reforms of executive reward.
