Member Query – Shareholding Requirements

This member query explores shareholding requirements and how companies implement them.

The member asks the following questions:

  1. What percentage of salary do you have your shareholding requirement for CEOs and CFOs?
  2. What shares do you count towards the requirement other than owned shares?
  3. Do you set a time limit to reach the requirement?
  4. Do you require that they buy shares themselves to meet the requirement?
