Member Query – Sales Incentives

In this member query, a member is reviewing their Sales Incentive Plan and have asked the following questions:

1. What percentage of your sales targets are financial metrics and what percentage are non-financial?
2. What percentage of your sales targets are individual targets as opposed to team/region/entity/global targets?
3. Do you operate any ‘uncapped’ sales incentive plans? If yes, for which geographical region does this plan operate?
4. Can you please provide details associated with incentivising new product launches or any non-financial incentives that are used to generate sales?
