Member Query – Salary Increases in Poland
In this member query, a member states that they are experiencing issues with the proposed salary increase percentages in Poland. Various pay survey providers give ranges between 3 percent and 4 percent, but their business continues pushing back that the reality is around 7 percent. They ask whether other members have relevant insights and experiences they are able to share.
