Member Query – Restricted Stock

A PARC member currently uses restricted stock as part of their LTIP as well as performance shares. They are reviewing the relativity between the two elements and are keen to understand what others do, the questions include the following:

1. Do you use restricted stock as part of your long term incentive awards?
2. If so at what levels in the organisation?
3. If you use both restricted stock and performance shares at some levels what is the approximate split between the two elements as a percentage of the total award?
