Member Query – Long Term Incentive Awards
This member query explores long term incentive awards and asks other members a number of questions, including the following:
1. Do you make awards as a fixed number of shares or a percentage of salary? Does the number or % vary by grade?
2. Do you use any other means of differentiation e.g. high performance, high potential, on a succession plan? If so what measure do you use?
3. If you do differentiate based on any of the above criteria, what differential do you apply?
