A member is keen to understand what grades people implement shareholding requirement down to and have therefore asked the following questions:
1. Down to what level in your organisation do you operate a shareholding requirement?
2. What shares count towards the shareholding requirement?
3. As a % of salary what are the shareholding requirements by grade/level?
