Health, Wellbeing & Benefits: A Competitive Advantage?

Health and wellbeing is very topical - with longer life expectancies and an ageing workforce, the health of our employees is becoming more fore-fronted. Health risk factors must be addressed positively and an inclusive culture of health is being adopted by organisations across the globe.

How can organisations ensure they are addressing physical and mental health appropriately? What are the core dimensions of wellness and how are they linked to life in the workplace?

This report includes strategic models and addresses the holistic approach to wellbeing at work. What are the trends and what can employers do to improve communication in relation to health and wellbeing and deal with issues that are reported to managers?
