Breakfast Peer Exchange 4

  • In Person Event

Member organisations’ continuing response to the ongoing cost of living increases:
How are members navigating current inflationary pressures? – PART 2

In July we held a face-to-face Peer2Peer Exchange giving members the opportunity, in a private space, to discuss how they were responding to, and planned to respond to, the ongoing impact of inflationary pressures and the associated cost of living challenges faced by their employees.

In the last two weeks we have received a number of queries from members relating to these ongoing pressures and the uncertainty that lies ahead. In response to membership requests our next Peer Exchange will now become a breakfast meeting on Wednesday 21st September 8.15am-9.45am. It will be held in a private room at the Union Club, 50 Greek Street, W1D 4EQ.

We will also be sending you a member query that captures some of the questions gathered in the last two weeks. We will share the findings of the query at the breakfast but also include them in an anonymised summary of our discussion that will be shared with PARC membership after the event. We are conscious that not all of our members will be able to join us in London but will ensure everyone receives a summary of what is shared plus the insights from the member query.

We will also have the opportunity to hear from Max Lintott, General Manager UK of Wagestream, about the actions some of his clients are taking in response to current economic circumstances.
