AGM Season: Trends in Remuneration Disclosures

  • In Person Event
  • July 3, 2024 @ 8:15 am - 10:00 am UTC-1

We will be joined by Ellason LLP for a review and discussion of this year’s trends in remuneration disclosures, remuneration policy reviews and the subsequent pattern of binding and advisory voting at the AGM.

We will review points of agreement, opposition and any trends in the stance of institutional investors and proxy advisors.

This event will also provide the opportunity to share your own experiences, highlights and learnings from this year’s reporting and voting process.

We will consider how expectations, priorities and plans for the year ahead could evolve or change as a result of this year’s trends, challenges and outcomes.

This event is open to all members but participation is most appropriate for those leading the reporting process.

The Union Club, 50 Greek Street, London W1D 4EQ
