WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND?
Our Summer Breakfast will provide the opportunity for informal conversation with peers and also provide a review and discussion of the 2025 AGM Season. The intention is to provide you with insight on trends, information and data prior to the preparatory work taking place over the summer months.
EVENT CONTENT
Member-led conversations alongside review of the AGM season so far, considering points of agreement, opposition and any trends in the stance of institutional investors and proxy advisors. We will also have an update on the Legal Primer presented in January.

There will be the opportunity for Q&A plus a summary of member queries received so far in 2025.

SPEAKER
Nic Stratford
Partner, Executive Reward, Mercer
Nic has been advising companies and their remuneration committees on executive remuneration for 25 years. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including: engineering; construction; life insurance; life sciences; oil and gas exploration and production; retail; technology; and utilities.
Nic joined Mercer from Alvarez and Marsal where he was the co-leader of their UK executive compensation services team. Prior this this he spent 14 years with the New Bridge Street / Aon executive compensation practice, where he most recently served as European co-leader for executive compensation and nine years at Towers Perrin working in the Executive Compensation and Reward practice.
Nic has an LL.B (Hons) in Law with European legal systems from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England. A dual British and French national, he is bilingual in French and English.
