The blend of theoretical and practical was a fantastic way of getting to grips with the content of the masterclass. Going into the masterclass, you do need some experience in executive reward with good knowledge of your own businesses’ existing reward strategy but the masterclass builds on all of this and gets you thinking about what is really important and what best practice looks like. My favourite part was definitely the simulated RemCo session enabling you to putting theory into practice and with the opportunity to hear from, and get feedback from, RemCo chairs being a really valuable part of the masterclass.
