Member Query – Policy Practice
A PARC member has asked the following:
- Do you have a policy/practice that allows an employee, irrespective of seniority, to choose to live and perform their role in another country?
- If there is a policy/practice can you describe if there are any eligibility criteria that you use?
- If there is a policy/practice can you describe the level of support you provide for an employee? e.g. financial, legal, visas, travel costs, tax advice etc.
- If you do not have a policy/practice for a permanent change do you allow employees to work remotely in another country for a limited period of time, based on a personal request?
