Welcome to our PARC 2014 Programme, the 10th year in which we have been facilitating analysis, comment, research and discussion around the way organisations measure and improve performance and assess the rewards of their people.
This year we look forward to another series of challenging meetings which continue to inform our members as they wrestle with the demands of developing and implementing sustainable reward policies as a vital element of outstanding HR leadership and overall corporate success.
