Member Query – Metrics to Determine the Size of Sales Teams
In this member query, the member would like raise the following questions among other PARC members:
- Do you use some form of metric to determine the size of your sales team in any given country, division, or region?
- With regards to external, advisory fees to the Remuneration Committee, can you provide the approximate annual fee incurred and indicate whether this is based on a fixed fee or hourly rate.
Has there been a significant increase on the previous year?
