Member Query – Metrics to Determine the Size of Sales Teams

In this member query, the member would like raise the following questions among other PARC members:

  1. Do you use some form of metric to determine the size of your sales team in any given country, division, or region?
  2. With regards to external, advisory fees to the Remuneration Committee, can you provide the approximate annual fee incurred and indicate whether this is based on a fixed fee or hourly rate.
    Has there been a significant increase on the previous year?
