Member Query – Maternity & Paternity Provisions
A member requested information on maternity / paternity policy as follows:
1. What (if any) enhancements do you offer in addition to statutory maternity provisions?
2. What enhancements do you offer in addition to statutory, paternity provisions?
3. What is the length of service requirement for entitlement to enhanced maternity / paternity pay?
4. Do you have a claw back provision if employees do not return to work, or return for a limited period?
5. Do you offer any return to work incentives? If yes, please provide details.
6. Do you maintain all benefits throughout maternity leave? If not, when do they cease?
7. Do you match shared parental rights with maternity entitlements?
