Member Query – Executive Directors

This member query is related to recruiting new executive directors externally and the following question is raised:

In recruiting new executive directors (CEO, FD, COO, etc at Board level) externally do you normally require:

  • A medical exam and/or
  • An independent executive assessment (through either the assessment arm of a search firm or independent psychologist firm)
