Member Query – Executive Compensation Research
A PARC member has asked the following questions:
In light of the momentum for change and simplification emanating from the various regulatory and advisory groups,
- Are you considering any substantial changes in pay structure for your top executive management within the next 12 months? (e.g. consolidation of variable pay arrangements into fewer / one plan etc.) If so, please provide details.
- Are you reviewing performance conditions for LTIP arrangements? (e.g. re-designing, simplifying or removing them, aligning them more effectively to organisation or individual performance, reducing volatility etc.) If so, please provide details.
