Member Query – Enhanced Redundancy Practices
In this member query, a company is reviewing their current enhanced redundancy practices and wishes to know other members' answers to the following questions:
1. If you offer enhanced redundancy pay, do you have a minimum service requirement and what is this?
2. If you offer enhanced redundancy pay, how many weeks’ pay do you pay and do you apply any caps?
3. Do you pay bonus payments for those being made redundant?
