Member Query – CEO Pay Ratio
In this member request, the questions below are raised in respect of CEO Pay ratios, specifically in terms of option C, do other members ‘use other available data in addition to or instead of the gender pay gap information to determine the best equivalents to P25, P50 and P75 making any necessary adjustments to calculate remuneration for these employees’:
1. What option are you using for reporting?
2. What elements are you including in ‘total pay’?
3. How are you sourcing the raw data?
4. Are you reporting for UK only or using a global calculation also?
