Member Query – Additional Performance Management

In addition to the previous Performance Management member query, the following question was raised: "as part of your overall approach to Performance Management, could you outline the broad principles that you apply in the areas of managing underperformance throughout the levels of your organisation with a particular focus for middle / senior managers."
