A PARC member is currently reviewing the impact of the proposed IR35 regulations on their contingent workforce. Even though the final regulations have not yet been finalised, and they come into effect in April 2020, they would be interested to know the following:
- Are you already thinking about how you will respond to IR35? Yes No Slightly
- What is your company’s present thinking about how to address this issue?
(a) Company paying more to effectively pay the additional tax on the consultant’s behalf
(b) Same gross pay and let the consultant suffer the additional tax
