The Future of Executive Remuneration – March 2010 – PARC
PARC has edited and updated their previous report of their major review of recent developments in executive remuneration. This review drew on a wide range of inputs and perspectives from the Heads of HR and C&B functions of some of the UK's biggest organisations, a number of leading compensation consultants and representatives of the investment community. In combination with a comprehensive review of developments in the governance area, this review has led to some interesting conclusions.
