The Contribution of the C&B Function in Turbulent Times
The meeting represented an opportunity to learn from case studies exploring the recent experiences of two organisations. For many reward directors, the events of 2009 and 1010 has led to a 'sea change' in the way that they must now perform their roles. The ultimate objective of the session was to explore the extent to which this was the case through the lenses of GlaxoSmithKline and Royal Bank of Scotland.
