Online Peer Exchange 1: Labour Shortages

Our first Peer-2-Peer exchange session of 2022 will address the topic of what labour shortages our members are currently experiencing (or expecting) – and how they are planning to deal with them. How is the situation different between sectors? And is this seen as a temporary blip – or the shape of things to come? 

As with our previous P2P sessions, we will begin with some initial commentary on the broader scope and context of the topic. We will then ask 2-3 members in different sectors to outline how they see the situation and the responses they are developing. Before then throwing the discussion open for debate and sharing of experience.
