After the Recession: What High Performance Organisations Can Do – Online Survey
The notion of high performance work systems is an attractive and beguiling concept. However as this is a complex issue to understand let alone improve, many organisations embark on a programme of “Performance Improvement” without a thorough understanding of what is meant by performance! Improving performance requires an understanding of inter-related factors concerning both individuals and organisations.
Our May Masterclass will explore the work of André de Waal from The Center for Organizational Performance. André will draw on his global research to identify the structural and behavioural factors which drive continuous success and competitiveness. Based on this research, André has developed "a powerful and proven diagnostic tool" which he will then outline in a way which allow PARC members to use it in defining, assessing and improving their own organisational performance.
In preparation for the meeting, we would like attendees to complete this brief PARC specific on-line survey relating to high performance elements within their own organisations.
This survey lists a number of statements with regard to your organisational unit. Please rate per statement, on a scale of 1 to 10, the extent to which you think this statement applies to your organisation. Give a number between 1 and 5 if the statement does not at all or does not apply; give a number between 6 and 10 if the statement does apply or very strongly applies. Filling-in the questionnaire will take you 10 minutes at the most.
All responses will be treated in complete confidence, should you have any queries please contact us. Thank you for your help.
