Anthony Hilton wrote: "There is concern too that the gulf in pay is translating into a gulf in values. Parc - the Performance and Reward Centre, a London-based group - has produced a first-class analysis, "The Future of Executive Remuneration", in which it has noted, among other things, that unfair bonsues destroy trust in the business both from within the organisation and outside it.
