Trevor Blackman
Trevor Blackman is Director, Group Remuneration & Benefits, Royal Bank of Scotland. As Director, Trevor leads the team responsible for the design and implementation of the global Reward strategy and policies within the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Prior to RBS, Trevor was Principal Consultant with Hay Management Consultants. He has many years of experience with total reward strategies, variable and incentive pay plans, performance management programs, executive compensation, employee benefits and recognition programs.
He earned his Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and his Masters degree in Geography & Anthropology from Jesus College, Cambridge. Trevor has been a WorldatWork member since 1992 and is a Fellow of both the Institute of Bankers in Scotland and the CIPD in the UK.
