2009 Programme

Our 2009 programme included research and events that continue to expand the themes of our Model, providing a deeper understanding of the performance of individuals, groups and organisations.

We again brought together thought leaders and practice experts to offer a diverse programme of research and meetings for the year.

We aimed to ‘vary the pace’ through a combination of breakfast meetings, informal lunches and the usual afternoon and evening meetings, in addition to our research agenda.

2009 presented some challenging issues for our members and PARC appreciated that it would be helpful for them to have the opportunity to come together to discuss the emerging performance and reward issues in areas such as pensions, executive reward etc. as the year unfolded.  To this end, we also organised a number of ad hoc exchange meetings to allow members to share their views and the challenges they face on these important and fluid topics.

A summary of each element of the Programme is below, simply select the 'Read More' option against each item to see full details.
