Nicki Demby
Nicki Demby is a Director in Towers Watson's Executive Compensation Practice in London. She is well known as an adviser to Remuneration Committees and Boards of major organisations on senior executive pay. She also advises on the design of short and long-term incentive plans to help companies deliver their business strategy. Nicki has over 20 years consulting experience and her previous roles include Group Performance and Reward Director of Diageo and Executive Reward Director of Barclays.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She also has a BSc (Hons) in production engineering and production management from Nottingham University.
