Jean-Pierre Noël
Jean-Pierre Noël is a senior compensation and benefits (C&B) specialist with broad and deep technical expertise across a variety of geographies and sectors.
Since 2006, he has been the Group Head of Compensation & Benefits and HR Information Systems at Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (RB) – a FTSE 20 Company and world leader in the global household, health and personal care sectors.
Prior to joining RB he was C&B Director Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) with Honeywell Inc. for 4 years and Head of Reward Management EMEA with The Seagram Spirits & Wine Group for 6 years. His earlier career included HR generalist roles in the retail and international steel production sectors.
Jean-Pierre is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, and has a BSc (Econ) degree in Business Administration from Aberystwyth University and an MA in Personnel Management from Kingston University.
