Nigel Johnson
Nigel has over 20 years of experience specialising in reward in both in-house and consultancy roles, including leading the reward function in three FTSE 100 companies. Since 2007 he has been Vice President of Reward at Invensys plc, a global technology and automation company. Prior to this, Nigel was a Senior Consultant with New Bridge Street Consultants, Head of Group Reward at Scottish Power plc, Group Compensation and Benefits Manager at National Grid plc and a Senior Consultant with Monks Partnership (now part of PWC). On graduating from the University of Essex (BA in Politics), Nigel’s first role was as a research assistant on pay issues with the CBI.
