Desirée Klein-Wagner
Desirée Klein-Wagner joined Allianz SE in February 2007 as the global Head of Reward & Performance, based in Munich. Prior to that, she headed the Total Rewards function for BP plc globally for 4 years, operating out of London. She started her career in the high-tech sector assuming a number of increasingly senior HR roles in HP, Intel and Nokia in both Continental Europe and the US.
Desirée speaks four languages and has an undergraduate degree from Berufsakademie Stuttgart and an MBA from Insead. She is an active member of the reward community serving as a non-executive director of WorldatWork since 2005, speaking regularly at conferences, and authoring reward articles for WorldatWork’s Workspan magazine. In July 2011, she commenced a one year sabbatical.
