Bob Cowell
Bob Cowell is a founding partner of Makinson Cowell. He started his City career with Hoare Govett in 1972, where he was an investment analyst. After three years with Hanson Trust in the late 1970s, he returned to Hoare Govett as head of research and later became managing director of the UK equities business. Bob holds a chemistry doctorate from Oxford University.
Makinson Cowell is an independent capital markets advisory firm, founded in 1989, which provides in-depth research and advice to a wide range of European companies, with a focus on the link between those companies and their current and potential equity holders.
