Phil Wills
Phil has over 20 years of diverse international Compensation & Benefits experience in FTSE 50 companies, prior to which he spent some 15 years in more generalist HR roles with an early focus on industrial relations. During the past 14 years he has operated at top corporate C&B level as Global Head of Compensation and Benefits for Reed Elsevier Group (6 years); Global Head of Compensation and Benefits for ICI (6 years); and Director of Compensation and Employment Policy for GrandMet and then Diageo (following the merger with Guinness). The latter role was part of an overall 15 year career with GrandMet/ Diageo.
Phil has a degree in German and Law and a Masters degree in Industrial Relations from the L.S.E.
Since January 2010 he has been working as an independent consultant.
