Speaker: Gillian Tett
Our 2010 PARC Keynote Speech & Summer Party will provide members with the opportunity to question the views of a prominent figure from the business world on a topical subject. This year we are delighted to have Gillian Tett of the Financial Times as our keynote speaker.
In the context of the current climate - growing European financial instability, a new UK government, the outstanding deficit and changes to pay practice in financial institutions - we will be hearing Gillian's perspectives on a number of topical questions including: What might happen next in Europe? How are we going to tackle the UK tax burden and impending pension crisis? How have rewards and incentives contributed to the current state of affairs?
Gillian is also the author of several books including her latest book “Fool's Gold: How Unrestrained Greed Corrupted a Dream, Shattered Global Markets and Unleashed a Catastrophe”, a copy of which will be given to all PARC members at our event on July 7th.
