Neil Sharpe
Neil Sharpe (Hewitt New Bridge Street) heads up the share plan implementation team at Hewitt New Bridge Street which comprises 10 lawyers. He is a qualified solicitor and has advised on share plans for over 15 years, with many years spent at City law firms. He regularly speaks at conferences in the UK and internationally and is actively involved with the UK share plan community through Proshare and the ESOP centre. He specialises in advising large UK and US companies on the roll-out of their international share plans.
