Kevin Abbott (PARC Research Leader) worked for BP for over 20 years, in a range of engineering, commercial and financial roles. He then led the Global Investor Relations team prior to his last role as VP Remuneration & Benefits, with global responsibility for all aspects of reward and benefits and membership of the HR leadership team. For the past five years Kevin has been consulting on reward, performance management, organisation, and communications (both employees and shareholders); initially through PwC but most recently as an independent consultant. These various roles have included considerable international experience.
