Derek Steptoe
Derek Steptoe (PARC) worked for BHP Billiton for the past three years as VP of Global Reward & Recognition. Prior to that, he held the role of Group Compensation & Benefits Director for Vodafone Group plc for 14 years. In these roles, Derek has had global responsibiity for all aspects of strategic compensation and benefits, including executive compensation; global share plans; performance management and short-term incentives; retirement; medical and other benefit plans plus international mobility.
