In 2011 we continued to focus on enabling the HR Function in orgnisatons to do more with less to improve performance, re-establish perceived equity and trust and to offer new solutions to the increasing demands presented by the external environment.

2009 presented some challenging issues for our members and PARC appreciated that it would be helpful for them to have the opportunity to come together to discuss the emerging performance and reward issues in areas such as pensions, executive reward etc. as the year unfolded.
