Lisa has been a member of the Portfolio Management Team at HgCapital since 1999. She is currently a director on the board of SHL, Achilles and Goldshield. She was previously at LucasVarity for three years as Director of Strategy and Business Planning and a management consultant with both Kalchas and Bain & Co.

Lisa holds a degree in Human Sciences from the University of Oxford.
