Alex Edmans is Professor of Finance at London Business School and an elected member of the
Governing Body. He has a BA from Oxford and a PhD from MIT, was previously at Wharton and with Morgan Stanley. He specialises in corporate governance, executive compensation, and corporate social responsibility. Alex has spoken at the WEF in Davos and given a TEDx talk on “The Social Responsibility of Business”. He writes for Harvard Business Review and is a co-author (with Andy Haldane and others) of The Purposeful Company Project.
