Phil advises and assists PARC in the development of key events. He has a strong interest in the design of reward plans to support business strategy, including executive incentive plans. An independent consultant, currently advising UK and mainland European companies, his previous roles include global head of compensation and benefits for Reed Elsevier, ICI and Diageo.
