Nigel undertakes much of our research and writing and co-ordinates the development of our annual programme. He has a keen interest in employee and executive equity plans. An independent project consultant, his prior roles include Head of Executive Reward and Head of Reward Policy for BP and regional compensation and benefits manager for Mobil.
