Formerly Group VP for Human Resources at BP plc, and with extensive international HR and general management experience, Nick now runs the UK arm of Sirota Consulting, an HR consultancy and is a Board member of Northgate Information Solutions.
A strong advocate for strategic HR, Nick has been voted 'top HR professional' by Personnel Today and 'The Independent' newspaper.
