Mike Haffenden
With a degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate qualification in HR Management, Mike is a Director of PARC and is also a founding partner of Strategic Dimensions and the Corporate Research Forum (CRF).
Mike is a founding partner of the Corporate Research Forum, the leading centre of research into organisation performance and development and Strategic Dimensions, a leading recruitment consultancy.
He was previously HR Director at Hewlett-Packard, and held senior HR positions at Unilever, Rowntree and Avon.
He also provides consultancy services at Board level and to HR functions on HR strategy and organisation development.
