Mairi Bannon

A founding partner of PARC, Mairi is also a co-founder of Strategic Dimensions and a Director of the Corporate Research Forum (CRF).

With a degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate qualification in HR Management, Mike is a Director of PARC and is also a founding partner of Strategic Dimensions and the Corporate Research Forum (CRF).

Phil Wills

Phil has over 20 years of diverse international Compensation & Benefits experience in FTSE 50 companies, prior to which he spent some 15 years in more generalist HR roles with an early focus on industrial relations.
