For our November 2013 PARC meeting - Assessing the Effectiveness of Organisations – our accompanying research paper set out to explore whether and how measures of organisational effectiveness might provide better insight into future success than financials do on their own.
It looked to address three key questions: What is organisational effectiveness? How best do you assess it? How should it influence rewards for executives who lead organisations?
